Owner and Lead Stylist Rebecca Smith opened Rouge Salon in January, 2011. She began her education at a specialized hair academy, Federico Beauty Institute, in Sacramento, California 12 years ago. She also assisted European Master Stylist Risto Pelivanov for two years before returning to Tennessee. She has attended several advanced training classes under respected Master Stylists. Her vision for Rouge was more than the ordinary hair salon, she wanted to open a business where she could share her space and passion for creativity with other artists of all kinds.
Today, Rouge displays art work from several community artists. Rebecca and her husband Mike enjoy outdoor activities with their 3 children.
